Sue Zhang is the Founder and Broker of Record of Smart Sold Realty. A U.S. CPA and Former Chartered Accountant (Ontario), she brings REIT financial-management experience and participation in five IPOs to her real estate work. Her focus is helping GTA home sellers and buyers make informed resale decisions by considering pricing, preparation costs, estimated net proceeds and the timing of a move.
